We offer a 30-day return period for all hardware products purchased directly from BongoSense or an authorized retailer. The return period begins on the date of delivery.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your return has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the return shipping costs.
For subscription services, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges. No partial refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
Subscription terms of 6 months or longer may be subject to early termination fees if cancelled before the minimum term.
